Install Manufacturing Copilot

Prepare Windows, run the installer, and complete the initial startup process.

Before you begin

Sign in with a Windows account permitted to install software.
Close older Manufacturing Copilot sessions.
Confirm the installation package came from an approved source.

Installation steps

Launch the installer

Double-click the Manufacturing Copilot installer and approve the Windows security prompt.

Choose the installation location

Use the recommended location unless your IT policy requires another managed folder.

Complete first launch

Open the application, allow the startup checks to finish, and complete the initial configuration wizard.

Verify the installation

Confirm the login window opens, the database initializes, and an administrator can reach the main dashboard.
